We currently have availability for half the house (2 bedrooms) or the whole house - 4 bedrooms. Both rentals have full access and use of the rest of the house and garden. All rates are weekly, and are based on a maximum occupancy of 8 people for the whole house. 2 rooms are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Normal check in time is on Saturdays after 2pm. Check out time is by 10am on Saturday.

The rental agreement and deposit are required before confirmation of booking.  50% deposit is due on booking. The balance including a refundable deposit of €500, to be held against damage or extra costs is due 30 days or 2 weeks (whichever is first), prior to the commencement of the rental period.  Bookings made within a 30 day period of commencement, must be paid in full at the time of booking. The refundable deposit is refundable within 14 days of departure, if there is no damage. Any bank charges are the responsibility of the renter. We have now made availabe payments via Paypal which are either free or a very small charge - much less than bank fees on telegraphic transfers.

  1. Rental rates include:

    1. Air-conditioning in summer months.
    2. Use of bed linen and bathroom towels during your stay (a discount of €20 per room will be given for bringing your own bed linen and towels if desired)
    3. Cleaning at the end of your stay.
    4. Unlimited phone calls from the house phones to LAND LINES in Europe, Asia, UK or North America (US and Canada), and Australia.  
    5. High speed wireless internet.
    6. Baby cot and bedding if required.
    7. Use of bikes for cycling.
    8. A Welcome Kit and sSome basic food supplies and condiments will be provided upon your arrival.
